Since 2008, valveball.net has grown from a small machine shop into a full-cycle valve plant: casting, CNC, lapping, assembly, cryo & fire testing. Our obsession is simple — a perfect sphere, mirror-lapped to 0.2 Ra, sealing every molecule.

Questions engineers ask

Floating vs trunnion — which to choose?

Up to DN200 and PN100 floating is compact and cheap. Above that, trunnion with spring-loaded seats gives lower torque, DBB and longer life. Send us pressure, temp and media — we size in 2 hours.

Are valves fire-safe?

Yes. G1-FS and all G2 are API 607 / ISO 10497 certified with graphite seals. After fire, metal lip maintains sealing.

Do you do cryogenic -196°C?

Yes, every cryo valve is dipped in LN2 and seat-tested with helium at -196°C with extended bonnet to keep stem packing warm.

What is delivery time?

Stock floating valves ship in 48-72h. Trunnion project valves 4-6 weeks. Express forged line in 3 weeks.

Can I witness testing?

Yes — on-site or live video: hydro 1.5x, seat 1.1x, pneumatic 6 bar, helium sniffing, PMI and dimensional report.
